Fulfilment
Warehousing and 3PL built for UK retail compliance, run from Coventry.
M&S, Sainsbury's, Boots compliant pick and pack.
Retail fulfilment isn't ecommerce fulfilment. Pallet labels, ASNs, SSCC barcodes, retailer-specific pack specs — get one wrong and the delivery gets rejected at the gate.
We run a Coventry warehouse set up for retail-compliant pick and pack across the major UK accounts. Brands move in without rebuilding their supply chain.
What we do
Storage at our Coventry site — ambient, with capacity that scales with launches and seasonal peaks.
Pick and pack to retailer specifications. Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, Boots, the major grocers and multiples — we know the formats, the labels and the booking systems.
Inbound goods receipt, quality checks and stock reconciliation against your ERP or our portal.
Returns handling: retailer returns, damaged stock, out-of-date stock — sorted, reported, disposed of or returned to vendor.
Direct-to-consumer fulfilment in the same building when the brand sells through its own site as well.
How it works
A short onboarding to map your SKUs, your retailer accounts and your booking-in process. Stock arrives, we receipt it, you raise orders. Most new clients are dispatching against retailer POs inside three weeks.
Pricing is transparent: storage by pallet, picks by case or unit, additional services priced per task. No long lock-in.
Who it's for
Brands moving from a single retailer to several and outgrowing direct-to-retailer carrier contracts. Brands whose current 3PL was built for ecommerce and keeps tripping over retail-specific paperwork.
What you get out of it
Lower cost than running retailer-direct carrier contracts at small scale. Faster onboarding than a tier-one 3PL. A team that speaks retail.
